The demand for skilled trades – the ones who keep the lights on, the water running, and the buildings going up – is growing fast. Across the country, infrastructure is being built at a record pace, and the workforce isn't keeping up.

    But where there’s a gap, there’s opportunity.

    We're Building What Comes Next

    Our Mission

To bring more people into the trades, strengthen the talent behind the work, and deliver measurable results that meet the growing demand across our industry.

This work comes down to three key pillars:

Bring new talent into the trades earlier, and give them a clear path to stay, grow, and succeed.

Strengthen skills, safety, and leadership through expanded programs and real training on the job.

Align the people who award the work, do the work, and support the work to create more opportunity.

    Work that matters

    Careers That Last

Not every career path looks the same. For those looking for stability, opportunity, and purpose, the trades offer something different: real work, steady demand, and skills that hold their value over time. What starts as a job can grow into a lifelong career with opportunities to lead projects, mentor others, and shape the future of the industry.

There will always be a need for electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other skilled tradespeople. It's a great avenue to do something with a lot of meaning, and you'll learn a skillset that other people don't have. I am who I am today because of my apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship gave me real confidence and pride in what I do. You’re not just sitting in a classroom; you’re out in the field, working alongside experienced people, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work. That hands-on experience shapes you fast.

I was searching for the right job for me and just fell in love with the trades. The constant movement and learning new things were exactly what I needed, and I'm getting paid to learn. Getting to step back and look at my finished work - it's like art.
